The Waves of Grief Retreat Costa Rica is an invitation to gather in community—to honor, express and witness grief at a time that calls for more spaces to grieve, heal and remember our shared humanity.

We come to this work carrying grief in many forms. Some of us are grieving the loss of someone we love. Others are holding quieter, less visible losses—changes in identity, relationships, or the life we once imagined. The Waves of Grief Retreat is a space where all of this belongs. Here, we tend to what aches within us, gently and at our own pace, while remembering that we are not alone. We practice staying present, connected and open-hearted, allowing our grief and love for life to exist side by side.
